STEP 5:

Add the rice cake, sauce mixture, and green onion. Add the fish cakes and hard boiled eggs if wanted.

TIP: When you use freshly made rice cake, it takes a shorter time to cook through. If you are using frozen rice cake, thaw it first and then soak in cold water to soften it before cooking.
MEASUREMENTS:
■ 1 lb of sliced rice cake
■ sauce mixture (hot pepper paste, hot pepper flakes, sugar; refer to Step 3)
■ 3 green onions
■ 2 hard-boiled eggs (optional)
■ ½ lb fish cakes (optional)
